The apartment rental includes:1.Parking per apartment, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and air conditioning;
Final cleaning once per stay € 20, -
Extra bed: € 9,00 (per night)
Children’s bed: € 7,00 (per night)
Stay less than 5 nights will be charged 20% more.
Welcome Pets are also available on request.(there is only one apartment in the house out of consideration for the other guests)
Arrival and departure are possible on every day of the week.
Apartments are ready at 3 pm the latest.
Departure until max. 9:30 am.
